2. Shipping Policy

Where we ship BarkVault currently ships within the United States, fulfilled through our US-based warehouse partners.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time Most US orders arrive within 2 business days of dispatch. During peak periods or for more remote addresses, delivery may take up to 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed but are accurate for the vast majority of orders.

Shipping cost Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free-shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.

Delays Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email skotosbills@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you.
